I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being just next to the bus terminals and right in the city center. It was incredibly convenient for transportation, and I didn't have to worry about long walks or finding my way around. Additionally, the breakfast provided was amazing. There was a wide variety of food options, all of which were of high quality. It was a pleasant surprise considering the size and price of the hotel. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The man at the front desk, who I believe is the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He even arranged for a special breakfast when we arrived late.

The hotel is located in the center of town, right on a pedestrian mall, making it convenient to explore Karlovy Vary. The staff were really helpful and tried their best to assist us in any way. They also provided excellent service at a great value for money. The rooms, even though they had a view to a construction sight on the top level and yard view, were clean and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious and exceeded our expectations.
All was great, nothing to improve.
